Customs Documentation

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR EXPORT CUSTOMS PROCEDURES.

 

  • Export invoice including cargo description (if the invoice is in English, a translation is required), delivery terms, value, and currency;
  • Company documents: Tax Identification Code (CUI), Fiscal Identification Code (CIF), and ID card of the authorized representative;
  • Packing list – a document that must include the number of packages and the gross/net weight in kg (if this information is not stated on the invoice);
  • Invoices of goods origin, or invoices for the purchase of raw materials;
  • Producer’s Declaration (if applicable), signed and stamped in original;
  • Exporter’s Declaration, signed and stamped in original;
  • Dual-Use Declaration – depending on tariff classification, additional documents may be required;
  • EUR.1 Certificate – signed and stamped in original, if applicable.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR IMPORT CUSTOMS FORMALITIES

 

  • Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB) or CMR;
  • Commercial Invoice;
  • Translation of the Commercial Invoice – signed and stamped by the importer (the translation must specify the brand and the material composition of the products);
  • Packing List
  • Other Commercial Documents related to the goods – e.g., certificate of origin, quality, conformity, etc. (if available);
  • Copies of the Importer’s CUI + CIF + EORI;
  • Transit Document – T1, T2, or TIR Carnet.
